CHARACTERS
1. Players may only submit one new character application at a time. Please do not submit applications for a second character while the first is in the process of review for approval.
2. Plagiarism will result in the application being deleted and the player being banned. Please use your own words to describe your character and/or any subject matter in your applications.
3. Do not use existing characters as plot points or major factors in your character's history without first asking the player of that character for approval. However, personnel and points of interaction used in the official site canon thread or other canonical resources found in the Archives may be used freely.
4. Your last approved character must be an initiate to submit a new application and have a New Character Token bought from the Market. Your token will only be removed if you are approved.
5. Please check the Face Claim listing to see who is already taken. You may NOT use a face that is already taken by another character. A player is authorized to use the same face if he/she has more than one character, granted that there is a reason for the likeness (twins, surgery, clones, morphling, etc...).
FACTIONS

3. Factions must be related to the story and the galaxy at large.
4. Once approved, factions become part of the official site canon and can be used by anyone in character creation, in-character posting, or other story-related posts.
SPECIES
1. There are no post limits to submitting species applications. However, due to the severity of impact on the galaxy at large we do not accept species applications outside of the periodic contests.
2. Contest will be held at a time to be announced later by the Admin. Everyone on the board will be given notice of the start and end dates for the contest and may each submit one application for a new species. The staff will review the submissions and only one will be accepted.

4. Species do not have to originate in the galaxy, but they must be able to participate in it. If they come from another galaxy, make sure to detail how they got here.
